Ahhh my busiest month and I’m getting behind on blogging! I just got back from beautiful Mexico (that’s a blog entry on it’s own, soon to come!) and I’m happy to have gone straight into wedding mode. Halfway done through my EIGHT August weddings … four more to go! The beautiful wedding of Samantha and Guillaume is one I was looking forward to ALL summer. Well, pretty much from the moment I met them. It took place at the gorgeous Aberthau Mansion in Kitsilano, a location I’ve wanted to shoot at for a very long time. It’s a GORGEOUS building and has amazing grounds. You don’t even need to leave to get great shots. SO MUCH BEAUTY. And of course, there is Samantha, who made sure every single detail in the wedding had a personal touch .. I’m not exaggerating when I say she made almost EVERYTHING herself.
