Travel Photography from Vienna, Austria and Prague, Czech Republic.

In November of 2015, I decided to take a break from photography (sort of, I never really stop shooting even when I’m on vacation!) and spend a month updating my travel journal! I took a month off and spent it traveling around Europe, with two weeks in Romania and the rest divided between Budapest, Munich, Vienna and Prague. I already uploaded my Munich album a short while ago and am now turning my attention to my travel time in stunning Vienna and romantic Prague. I only spent two days in each city but it was a glorious four days and I have some amazing memories and some wonderful photos to remember my time there. I seriously love to travel and I am so grateful to have a profession that provides me with beautiful personal memories as well as professional ones. I am so happy to see my skill grow even in my personal photography and cannot wait to make a print album someday of these beautiful experiences I’m lucky to have.

Travel Highlights:

• In both Vienna and Prague, we partook in a classical music concert. Beautiful.
• The architecture. In every single city. I love Europe.
• Food. Wow … amazing. Especially the dessert.
• Beautiful hostels. I love hostels and will always choose them over hotels. Some are particularly wonderful as they are old and full of charm and character. And you can always have a private room, too!
• Having Christopher with me. I am so happy to have been able to share these memories with him.
• Having my friend Philippe along with us. So much more fun with friends :)
• Train travel. I love trains and I absolutely choose it as my favourite mode of transportation when available.
• The metro. I wish Vancouver had an awesome subway system.
• Street artists in Prague … pretty special!
• Castles, castles and more castles.
• The outskirts of Vienna … beautiful old towns and wineries and great views.
