I was so happy to do another photoshoot today with my friend Mirella and her beautiful family. The last time I photographed them was 2014 when Thea was about two. Seeing her today (and being immediately greeted with a wonderful hug), I was in awe at what a beautiful, independent little lady miss Thea is turning into. She has so much energy and a lovely, contagious smile. And I’ve said this the last time I photographed her as well, but I genuinelydo not know if I have ever seen eyes so stunning. That blue! We spent some time in the Rose Garden (if you love roses, now’s the time to go, so many colours, so many rose bushes!) and some time on the beach and surrounding areas in Stanley Park. I always love Stanley Park for photoshoots as it’s so very versatile. You can have the beach, you can have forests, you can have textured buildings and playgrounds, etc. Whether it’s a wedding shoot or a family shoot, it can be done beautifully in Stanley Park.
