I met Alexis earlier this year at a bridal show and liked her immediately. She was so beautiful and nice and had such a kind energy .. she told me she wanted a small intimate wedding during the week and was super flexible with the date (even going as far as to schedule it based on when worked for me!). We met for coffee again so I could meet the lovely groom and the three of us hit it off immediately. Their beautiful engagement session was shot at Crescent Beach during a gorgeous sunset. Their ceremony was intimately set up during a gorgeous tree in Stanley Park .. ahhh, Stanley Park, how wonderful you are for wedding photography. So gorgeous, so versatile! Of course, we had to do some photos at the classic Lighthouse .. always an amazing spot for photos due to its striking stairs, shapes, angles .. we got some great shots! We followed the whole thing with a visit to the ever gorgeous Sylvia Hotel for some more photos and finished with an intimate dinner party at Espana, a gorgeous tapas restaurant on Denman Street. I loved everything about their wedding day .. small weddings are great as they allow for more intimacy and getting to know all the guests equally.  Alexis and Paul, you are a beautiful couple and I am so very happy to have met you. Thank you for choosing me to capture such wonderful memories for you … I hope you treasure them for years to come!
