Another long time friend getting married! So happy to have had the chance to photograph George and Marie-Pier’s engagement session in downtown Vancouver today. I’ve known George for about 14 years and I’m so very happy to see how ridiculously happy and in love he is. I love love love his fiancee  (so very photogenic too!) and I am so excited for their wedding next year in Quebec!!! And did I mention how brave and fun they were today? You’d have to be brave to battle this rain … Vancouver was so very wet today! This was my very first rainy day session as a Vancouver engagement photographer and in spite of all the wetness, I think we did a great job of working with mother nature ;) Our shoot was a mixture of shooting undercover (under the very versatile Burrard Street Bridge) and using a fabulous umbrella. Here are a few favourite teasers from our rainy day shoot, ending with a little frolicking in the ocean!
