In October, after an incredibly busy wedding season, I took a week off and spent some time in beautiful Sooke, BC. It was my first vacation all summer and it was much deserved (and desired!!!). I was so very looking forward to it and there’s not one part of it that disappointed. We rented a cottage on a private property on the beach and had our own hot tub, fireplace and a short walk to a private beach. We saw a lot of wildlife and while I did not take a lot of photos, I did take some gorgeous ones showcasing the beauty that is our province. British Columbia and stunning scenery go hand in hand. In an season. Here are some of my favourites. :)
