Cris and Irina and I have known each other for a few years now and I have absolutely loved watching their relationship grow over the years. I was so happy when I heard about their engagement and even more ecstatic when they asked me to photograph their very special day. Their wedding took place in September of 2014 but we decided to leave their bridal portraits until Spring of this year to take advantage of sunshine and cherry blossoms. So, on one of the most beautiful days of the year thus far, we set out to take some gorgeous photographs in East Vancouver and Downtown Vancouver. We took advantage of cherry blossoms, train tracks, graffiti backdrops and stunning architecture in the downtown core. I love photographing these two … I knew it from our engagement session .. they are so fun to photograph and the interactions between them is so very natural.
